Frame rate

I'm streaming this on Hulu, it appears to have a high frame rate (which I'm finding incredibly distracting). Does anyone know if this is a mistake, or was it shot this way?

I am watching it on DVD and haven't noticed anything strange like that.

I'm noticing something seems off as I watch it on hulu as well.

You can switch off HDR on most LED TVs, including the newer 4k ones.
