i never had a big problem with the director in general even when most of the people were saying that he is copying his work from other movies...his production values were always good and he usually had good cast for the projects he made....and this one seems the most interesting of all he did...plus JK Simmons...

BUT

because i am from Cyprus and my countries right to star wars are the same to Greece, he is a reason or at least the fake reason why star wars in not premiering on December 18...and for that reason and i know a lot of others...i am not going to see this to the movies and i will wait if it comes in a dvd...also it costs to Star Wars franchise too because there are people that went to another country to see Star Wars or won't go to the movies out of frustration and there are some that won't go as many times as they wanted out of spite..!!!

so as i see it...they will lose money from the greek production and they will lose money from star wars too...sure both are going to make money, at least star wars, but it shows how stupid businessmen are in control of our enjoyment..!!!

So you want to watch StarWars and you cant because of that movie... Poor boy! You should see a doctor first!

and you are being an a$$ because??? yes i want to watch star wars and not get spoilers about it before i watch it...yes i want to watch it with the rest of the world...and some stupid companies decided that i won't have my chance...but hey...be an a$$ sure...why not...and maybe you should visit a doctor...a psychiatrist would be the better solution..!!

I agree with you Blackysb.. I was so angry about what happened to the cinemas, they forced to cancel global premier of Star Wars in Greece for one week to put this stupid' s guy movie!! For god sake I didn' t know that this happened to Cyprus too!! Anyways I went to watch Star Wars of course after one week and I enjoy it! This "world apart" movie I didn' t go and I will not see it never! I hate Papakaliatis abd everyone says that he is talented but he is not!!! The way he is acting is awful!! When he says the lines he is so fake!!! And you know what they did here in Greece? They STILL have his movie to the cinemas!!! Can you believe it? Almost two months?? And they say is the most successful movie ever in Greece.. Also he did a tour all over greek cinemas in case to bring more and more people to cinema!! Of course after all this, the movie is the most successful!! If all the movies in the world stayed at cinemas more than 1 month and the leader actor was going tour all around the cinemas then for sure the movies would make bilions at tickets and would be the most successful... Come on greek people, what' s wrong with you?? We can do better than that!!!!

I watched both movies. I didnt care if stars wars released a week after. That didnt make me to be mad. And nobody can stop me to watch that i want. Anyway I enjoyed both! Papacaliatis made a really nice movie!! And Stars Wars... all time classic movie!! :)
