No DVD or BD that I know of, but Netflix is streaming it. TCM On Demand is also streaming it (for the next 2 days) if you have a qualifying TV plan.

It was scheduled to be shown on Turner Classic Movies last month. I missed the first airing, but I set my for DVR for the second, which was in the wee hours of the A.M. However, when I checked it the next day, they had shown Fritz Lang's "M" instead and skipped this. I hope they repeat it sometime soon so I can get it.

It's on Blu-ray in HD from UK distributor Eureka as part of its Masters of Cinema series, but is currently only available as a bonus disc in MoC's steelbook release of Caligari itself. And it's locked to Region B.

That's the only current release I've been able to find.

You might very well think that. I couldn't possibly comment.
