This movie needs a different poster

The poster for this movie shows a high-rise building in the mist. Is this the best they could come up with for a documentary about train travel? Sure, sometimes you see high-rise buildings from a train, but it doesn't represent this film well at all. Does anyone know why this image was chosen?
