So... where's the "witch" part of the show?

I just finished season 1 (no spoilers of following seasons, please) and I still don't get why the show is called "good witch". It doesn't anything to do with magic. I thought the fantasy part would be developed throughout the season but so far the only "magical" aspect I could see was that the daughter (I can't remember her name, the teenager) predicted future on the first episode. After that, the main character and her cousin are very perceptive, but that's it. No magic. No power. Nothing.
Very disappointed.

There were a bunch of Good Witch movies made. Seven in total from 2008 thru 2014 with one each year. I suggest you watch those from the beginning.

Cassie's power is knowing exactly what gift to give people to help them on their path. She also has other gifts like knowing when to give people the benefit of the doubt.

Well said. There is magic in every episode. Just don't expect it to always be a circus.

Just watched the first episode. She also fixes lock combinations, malfunctioning doors, etc. Handy to have around.

Update--Seriously, though, now that I've watched three seasons: the "magic" or "witchcraft" is subtle, minimal, and kept in the background (with one notable exception I can remember, involving the resetting of a clock). It's there, but it's just hinted at, to remind the audience that Cassie (and Abigail and Grace) are special women. The show is mostly about relationships, not nose-twitching with "boing!" sound effects. It is really quite good.
