I love this show. Can't wait for season 2.

Half of you critics are morons. The other half honestly never gave it a chance. It doesn't rip off Archer as much as Archer doesn't rip off every adult swim show since Sealab 2020 and The Brak Show. An ensemble cast of voice actors competing to see which of them can act like the most outrageous moron. This has also been done with live action comedies. Those must be ripping off archer, too. Somebody call the patent office.

The show is about 80's cliches. All the 80's cop movies, the art, the grandstanding. Every. single. episode. is. an. 80's. cliche. Shut up with your stupid archer comparisons. The material isn't Kubrick and you melonheads aren't Siskel and Ebert.

Apparently, people now set Archer as the standard for adult cartoons which is funny since the last 2 seasons weren't that great., especially now that they've added in a damn baby. At first I saw some similarities with Archer, but it's probably only stopping with Dazzle being a womanizer like Archer. I love both shows, but Moonbeam's art scheme is better probably since I'm an 80s fan and an art nut. I love the animation and color of Moonbeam. The show itself is something typical of comedy central but I like it but it's not horrible and really nothing like Archer.

I hope it gets renewed since, I mean really, comedy central doesn't have much going for itself anymore. It's fun to watch.

The first few episodes ripped off archer pretty bad(even calling chrysalis, cinnamon), but by the end of the season this show was much funnier than the current season of south park. Hope to see more of the mayor and pizazza's sisters.

I'm sure it's going for some easy jokes just to get its feet wet, it'll find it's own groove soon (I hope). In the meantime, it has an amazing aesthetic and I love its own brand of quirkiness.

I hope it's given a chance for a second season. I got the chance to see the creators at NYC Comic Con last year, they ran through some of the ideas they had for second season episodes (plus some of the voice actors they were going to approach)... definitely going to be an amazing season if they're given the chance.

Sorry for the late reply, but now that the show's been canceled I'm curious what their ideas were. Can you give some deets? ;)

Personally, I wanted Chrysalis to have a brother (or sister) named Cocoon, because name puns. Not sure beyond that. xD

*beep* weak dude....it didnt rip off archer besides 2 law enforcement agents...pretty much where the similarities ended really....sucks its over tho

Loved it too, it' s very stylish and clever. I was very disappointed it got canceled after 1 season and I hope this is not the end of it!

I loved, LOVED the aesthetics and the soundtrack, but the script was weak. It was a shame CC never gave it a chance, they kept changing the time and never aired reruns. This deserved a second season so it could find its bearings. I know chances are slim, but maybe if Adult Swim aired episodes it could get picked up again. Although I wasn't ready to say goodbye, I liked how it ended, there was some closure.
