Unable to rate movie?

I'm just posting to see if anyone else is unable to rate this movie on imdb. I'm able to rate other movies but for some reason I can't even see the place to rate this movie. Is it because it just aired?

IMDb just needs to update it. As soon as the rating opens, I'm giving it a 1.

For some reason IMDB has it listed as not yet released. I saw this movie several weeks ago LMN so am not sure why its listed that way
