Spoilers Ahead

The lead character was a murderer and a necrophile. The only thing that was missing was the cannibalism. The ending is definitely a homage to the Joe Spinell version of MANIAC. I thought this film was reasonable.

I liked this film mainly for that reason. Making the killer a cute blonde gal was a refreshing change of pace from the usual fat and/or homely disturbed dude who's often the main character in these kinds of movies.
