Crew stole the kickstarter money?

hi mate they have done a update on kick-starter for this movie cyborg x they have had some delays apparently

I was the lead VFX artist. Let me just say the movie is definitely coming. They are working out the last few details with the distributor as I write this.

I'd like to personally vouch for Kevin, the producer and director of CYBORG X. He was extremely careful with the money that was raised, to the point that I, along with everyone else on the team took a HUGE financial hit being a part of this project. We all worked for peanuts, and pulled plenty of all nighters to make this happen while juggling our "full price" clients to keep the bills paid, and even when we were tempted to call it "good enough for the pay we're getting," Kevin always managed to talk us into making it better--without better pay. And we ended up with a movie I think we're all proud of. The guy knows how to get a movie done on the cheap, and I'd work for him again any day.

Most of the delays were in adding the sound, music, and VFX, which was all done with a very small team. I finished the last batch of VFX shots on February 16th, and then it had the final color and sound polished up, and it was sent out the door to the distributor. I believe it is just in the final Quality Control phase right now, and it sounds like everything is a "go" for the North American version, but then it's completely in the distributor's hands, and I have no idea what their release plan is.
