So what did they do to the girl together?

The wife seemed to get really angry and jealous when the husband would try and fool around with the girl, almost like she didn't agree with raping her and thought it was wrong, but what was it they was doing with her together when they closed the door? cause a few times in the movie the husband and wife seemed to work together alone with the girl.

Near the end the wife tells the girl "Ready for round 2?" so was they both fucking her in a 3 way or something? cause it seems funny the movie is trying to make us feel some sympathy for the wife, showing us she may not like sexually bothering the girl, but then you have those scenes where she and her husband go into her room and seem to be doing something with the girl.

Was it like the wife was fine with raping her together but angry when her husband would rape her by himself? Almost like she wanted to be involved with it and felt as if her husband was cheating on her and not attracted to her when he would rape her by himself.

The movie never really showed us what they was doing, i have to assume it was her and her husband sexually molesting the girl.
