Should've Been A Full-length Movie...

I watched this HBO original "mockumentary"-style movie over the
weekend, and while some of it was amusing, overall, I'm on the fence on
this one. It concerns a 2001 tennis match between these two fictional
tennis players (Kit Harington, Andy Samberg)- supposedly the greatest
in the world- who battle on for seven days straight. They do
EVERY-thing on the court- even have sex! (and three-somes! LOL)
Samberg's character was obv. based on Andre Agassi, right down to the
hair weave! LOL

While I don't think anything really went over the top- this movie was
only around 45 minutes long, and TBH, I would've liked to have seen a
full-length movie, like in the 90 minute area. I think this could've
been a good mockumentary film in the same vein as those Christopher
Guest movies- "Best in Show", "A Mighty Wind", etc..

I don't think there was enough material to expand it. After all, it's only 7 days. More days would've felt repetitive. Showing more of the 7 matches would've been boring.

Those usually have multiple subplots and not one specific protagonist.

For me it was the perfect length movie (I bore easily in movies)
