Took me 2 days until my mind randomly pieced a huge revelation together.

Have to say, The Devil is in the Details.

Was cooking today and my brain smacked me with a huge WTF moment.

*SPOILERS*

The first song 'Shovel And Bone' there is a ring. The way it is acquired fits with the Ms. Merrywood character we see stealing shiny things, almost hinting she has not learnt from her sins.

HOWEVER, when you see the ending and realise the situation, that ring highlights a really grim reality.

Those bones going in the furnace (that get highlight many times during the song 'Shovel And Bone' and even true to names and lyrics), ARE the remains of Ms. Merrywood.

Let that sink in... Rewatch with this in mind if you got the preorder BluRay/Dvd.

I'm sorry I'm going to have to screw up your revelation.

It wasn't a ring that Ms. Merrywood/Twin found. It was June's horse shoe pin. It is the same thing that The Agent carries in and sets down on the table and asks Ms. Merrywood what she knows about it. Since The Agent gave it to June he wanted to know how it came to be in Ms. Merrywood's possession.
It's actually odd that we see Ms. Merrywood "finding" the pin since we see The Twin steal it from her, so he should have already had it, unless it was supposed to be that he had dropped it and was picking it up. It is possible that Ms. Merrywood's bones are being shoveled into the furnace but as of now we actually have no proof of that since the pin in question had nothing to do with her.

Wisdom isn't an after thought so stop looking for it at the bottom of the page

Maybe the twin had to act like that to trick the viewers, and also Ms. Merrywood will have a bigger role in episode 3
