When she shows up at the fire station all dressed up. Wouldn't anyone have asked where she's going so dressed up? That little thing bugged me.

When I saw that outfit she looked magnificent!
I thought it was odd that she wore the dress home, since she bought it for the mayor's party. What happened to the clothes she had been wearing? Why wouldn't she change back into them? I kept thinking....now she's going to have to take that dress to the dry cleaners.

It was always my guess that her sister talked her into wearing the dress out so that she could take her to the fire station.
