Resignation

I remember his televised resignation.I was 5yrs old,so I didn't know what was going on.My sister and I were laughing and touching the TV screen with a tissue to wipe his nose,because he always seemed to have a runny nose or sweat sitting on his upper lip.We thought he was hillarious and as it turns out,in retrospect his administration was a joke.
