And is the guy in the movie a wily veteran who breaks down with age? No, he's a very young kid on the rise who has command suddenly loses it. Yeah, it's Rick Ankiel.

On top of that Ankiel didn't have the greatest dad to put it lightly. His dad was an alcoholic and in and out of jail.
