Did anyone else wonder whether the doll's expressions changed subtly from time to time? I somehow doubt they had several doll heads made, so maybe it's just my imagination... or... not?

I wondered the same thing from time to time while watching.

I think there is actually a name for the phenomenon/effect where when someone has a blank expression, you (the viewer) project the emotion onto the expression that you think the person should have.

According to the trivia, the doll was broken and had to be repaired, so they probably did have a new head attached at some point.
