Batman in this movie...

Did anyone else find Batman insufferable? Mind you there were so many flaws that I could talk about, maybe I'll post another thread, but I want to talk about Batman.

Honestly I am a Batman fan, but I seriously could not stand him in this movie. He literally knew everything. "Batman there is a problem." "Oh, the tidal wave? Ya I knew about that." Obviously those weren't the exact words, but you get the gist right?

I hated how he just put down Superman when they were together... "Journalism is dead." or whatever the words were. He was so obnoxious.

After GL caught those goons (Yes GL was also ridiculously annoying in this movie, you almost wanted him to get beat down the entire time) and Batman was just badgering him with questions, I just thought to myself "GO DOWN THERE AND ASK THEM YOURSELF!!"

Ugh. Anyway, my two cents...

..and Batman is not Kevin Conroy in this film.

They were pretty beat up. Bleeding from their heads.

I rolled my eyes at the journalism comment. Didn't even make any sense. Print journalism is in decline, but the field of journalism is more diverse than ever. Plus the I know response to the tsunami situation pretty much sums up the poor standard of the script, writing and characterisation.

Never, never to be squandered...the miracle of another human being.

Agreed, I really liked Batman in war but he seemed stupid here, as did Superman. I absolutely hate this Superman "gonna shove that trident down his throat".
