in a few scenes throughout the series when everything gets intense, they use this super high intense tone. It's really *beep* annoying. Sounds like tinnitus. Good show, but they shouldn't do that all the time, *beep* annoying *beep*
shareI think that noise is a brilliant touch. It's meant to imitate the sound you often hear when you're blacking out. They use it in the second season as well, I think, and always when someone is stunned or shocked and wobbling around as if they're going to pass out. I black out all the time (blood pressure problem), and it's exactly the sound I hear.
shareI agree with you. That noise is annoying and unnecessary. Im watching the first season now and it took me a minute to figure out where the noise was coming from. I kept pausing my computer, thinking it was me or something in my apartment...UGH
