Naval Medley

This segment is consisted of a few sketches. There's Ypres 1914 (armless soldier), and Military March. However, I think there's another sketch. Cleese has this sentence "Men, today you go off to war, my god I wish I was coming with you". Is that sentence from a sketch or is it new to the show?
