2 questions.

1. Has it already been shown in the USA?
2. Does anybody know when it will be shown in the USA and, if so, on what channel?

The last London show was on July 20 and shown in theaters worldwide at the same time. Also on a UK only network called Gold. There were also two reshowings of the live show later that week. Looks like the only chance to see it again is about when the DVD is released. Don't know about any upcoming pay TV events showing this yet.
