Kirsten kinda sucks...

I'm having a hard time understanding why Liam and Cameron are so interested in Kirsten. I'm only on episode 6 of season 1, but as far as I can tell, she basically emotionally bankrupt. No real feelings towards even toward her "friends", she feels very isolated. She can't even miss her long term boyfriend while he spends 2 year out of the country. I get that the "temporal dysplasia" makes her different, but she is SO boring!! I'm not a touchy feely person but I can't imagine why anyone would voluntarily spend time with her, let alone marry her. Is she just a bad actress? Is it the directors fault? I mean she's just completely wooden. Makes it really tough as a viewer to give a *beep* for her. Fortunately I'm still a little intrigued by her lack of memory before age 8, but that too is wearing thin. The show has an interesting premise, but Kirsten's social ineptitude makes it painful to watch at times. I hope this gets better because I'm about 1 eye roll away from going down to the studio and whacking her with a basement bat just to see if she bleeds red and not motor oil. Sigh.

And in another episode, Liam says "you're the most extraordinary person I've ever known". Wtf? All she did in the last couple episodes is blow him off!! What is even remotely endearing about that? Seriously, am I missing something here?? The more I watch, the less I can stand her. On the other hand, Camille is really growing on me.

LOL, Wow!!! Are you kidding? You didn't know that her character was devoid of emotions? I'm sure it was revealed in somewhere in the first season. She slowly starts to get her emotions back, lol.
