If the movie is about events that occur over a period of 11 minutes, then why does the movie run for another 70 minutes?
shareBecause the film follows each of the different groups of people, so you see their 11 minutes, all leading up to their intersection.
shareBecause the story of the 11 minutes is told from the point of view of at least eight different people.
8 x 11 > 81 minutes.
...oh excuse me, eight people plus one rather large dog....
Also, some bits were shown more than once.
