Why in the world would Veil just stab herself? She has her hands on the handle so why not fight to push it away and get away? Surely wasn't that important to kill yourself to kill Quinn. Quinn was dying anyways and if she pulls away Quinn can be finished off in a second. He surely couldn't have much strength being stabbed through and through twice.

That whole scene pissed me off. No way Quinn should have still been alive and why wouldn't Sunny make sure he is dead this time? Then even after you make sure he is dead Veil should be holding the child so Sunny can protect them if anyone else came at them.

Sunny is a trained killer and just wouldn't make all these mistakes. Then he isn't going to tell Veil to fight? Just go ahead and kill yourself.

well i wont be surprised to see Quinn again next season where hes revealed to be a cyborg with a human brain like Ghost in the shell.

I happen to agree with you on this. Clearly, Quinn has (had?) the constitution of Rasputin. I was mentally yelling at Sonny to just cut off his head the first time Quinn went down and be done with it. It's not like the producers have any aversion to severed heads flying everywhere in the fight scenes. But no, let's give Quinn a 2nd and 3rd chance to make your life miserable.

IMHO, this was a poorly written scene. The fight scene with Quinn could have been truly epic and--if the writers really don't expect to bring Quinn back--could have ended in Quinn's decapitation. Only after Quinn's death would Sonny find that there was some sort of trap where he (or Veil) would have had to make a choice of whether to save Henry or Veil, but not both.

Of course, it seems that this series may be one of those where nobody ever stays dead for long.

One of many poor scenes or scenarios. The reason Sonny didn't chop his head off is b/c if he had they wouldn't have had the scene where Sonny watches the two of them die. The writers on this show are hacks.

At least some of the fight choreography is good, although there have been a bunch this season that were undeniably terrible (all of the Bajie fight scenes).
