Finger Printing

At first, I didn't understand why the fingerprinting was necessary, and why the signatures alone wouldn't be sufficient. After thinking about it for a minute, though, I realized that the government/court, and the two high up corrupts would demand proof that the signatures are real, and fingerprinting is the only way to prove it without a doubt.
