Where is the last, fourth, episode?

When I searched for subtitles (I like to watch late sometime while all are sleeping and so with low sound) on the net I found them for 4 episodes. So where is the fourth one? The subs for the first three fit as far as I can tell (haven't watched it yet, been put off by missing the last one).

The fourth starts with:

It is another boy who killed
the African. It is not me.

and ends with:

Thank you. Thank you, Qianyi.

These words are not to be found in the first three episodes, so I believe it is not the question of the serial being recut from 4 into 3, rather the fourth not being shown at all in UK.

i believe the show was originally produced to be a 2-parter, and may have been aired 1st as such on Sundance TV, but for some reason has been reedited to 4 eps for the Netflix version (w/c may be the source of the subtitles you found), and then most recently to a 3-parter, as aired by BBC earlier this year.
