I'm a little late seeing this, but oh brother.

I really wanted to like this movie but my goodness, there are SO many things wrong with it. I agree with everyone else about everything.

1. It's way too dark. The viewer should at least be able to have an idea of what's going on.
2. For someone who has a stalker, she took absolutely no precautions for her safety. Staying at work late at night, walking alone very slowly to her car in a dark garage, pausing to look around, then standing outside the car to read the note. Come on. And the key. Seriously?? And even at home, if you're alone and half way scared, umm...turn on a light for crying out loud. And the scene with the gun. Why stand there like an idiot and let him walk up on you?
3. The neighbor lady. Yeah, move like a snail to get inside, then just stand there like an freaking idiot while he tries to get in. Smart.
4. When she started following him, he didn't see her car? Really??
5. If you haven't seen it yet, there are no twists. You can see everything coming a mile away.

I could go on but I'll stop. I like all three principle characters, but I agree with others, this should have been a Lifetime movie. I'm glad we rented a dvd rather than pay movie prices. I would've been a bit PO'd if we had wasted real money.

Even though I was fussing at the screen the whole time, it was just an okay movie. Not scary, not edge of your seat, barely even suspenseful. It's just...meh.

It is what it is. A typical, clichéd stalker film. You know Dave is either going to get killed or save the day in ludicrous, heroic Hollywood fashion. It was about what I expected. Not great but not horrible either. No film that shows Sanaa Lathan having sex is all bad!
