Better if it were a darker ending? (Spoilers)

I mentioned this in another thread but thought hit me as I left the theater on how this would've been a bit better and provided a much needed twist other then "wow, Morris chestnut is killed" . You guys think it would've been a better more controversial film if they would've had the evil, crazy guy actually Win. Starting at the point where she came and ransacked his house. It would've been awesome if by some technicality he was able to cleverly put his IT skills to work and twisted things in a calculated manner & frame her so it actually would seem as if SHE was in fact stalking him and got her arrested. Then I would've had it end with the scene where he was out with the white girl. As a way to end it giving you the impression that he's just going to repeat the cycle. Give a smug ,crazy Michael Ealy look to the camera. I think that would've been ill. lol This film would've been inspiration for crazy stalkers. (that's where the controversy would lie)

Wow that would have been good.

I was thinking at the end when she shot him after the warning shells that damn, there goes the sequel.

or if he had worn a bullet proof vest and so when the cops arrived they find a body of someone else shot by her rifle.

Framing her.

oh well.

and the whole world has to answer right now just to tell you once again. Who's Bad?

I thought for sure i had called the twist: I thought she would get pregnant from carter thus having the baby she always wanted, just not from the man she wanted it from. Or the boyfriend would be still be alive. Totally didn't think he would die.

I heard something about this happening but it got cut?

THEY SHOOTIN'! ah, i made you look.

In my opinion the fact that Leah turned the tables on Carter and became a stalker herself was a pretty decent twist. I would have enjoyed seeing her become even more darkly obsessed with stalking him and taking him down. Overall though the movie was pretty cheesy (and even Morris Chestnut's death was not that surprising or shocking to me...I was more shocked when the poor neighbor got killed -- def didn't see that coming!).

Really?! The minute I saw her nosing around, I was like "He's gonna end up killing her, watch!"

reply

Yeah I wrote this another post, if after he was shot the cops announce there's nobody here, and six months later she visits her parents and they say oh look whose here and he's at the table and says hi. Then it ends lol

reply

Wow. That would've been a TWIST.

i didn't even see the film but judging from hearing everything about the movie and how predictable the ending was that ending would've been good.

reply

It would have been much better if after she killed Carter she discovered she was pregnant by the man she killed. A good sequel would be her trying to decide if she could go through having that baby under the circumstances.

Actors are mere products of a good writer's imagination

reply

Lol, no. What it would've been called The Perfect Baby? Then the baby turns out to be like Rosemary's Baby since the dad was a sociopathic creeper?
