VERY strong resemblance to Mann's THE INSIDER

I watched Truth last night, but I can't help but notice how strong the resemblance is to Michael Mann's The Insider! It ripped off many scenes. One that REALLY bothered me was when the story aired, there was this grandiose music swelling while this female vocalist sings in faux-arabic *just* like The Insider has. Also the editing of that scene was *just* like The Insider. That's one example. It doesn't help that both films are about 60 Minutes and also have the EXACT same plot beats. Like, I said, I liked the film, but The Insider was a clear influence. It's just a shame Truth ripped it off sometimes.
