Had a different feel for DCOM's, mainly because it was big with action and had a tiny bit of mystery added to it.
Leigh Allyn's character was getting on my nerves in the first half of the movie, but she eventually grew on me.
Aside from the typical prom [queen]/boyfriend stuff, I actually liked the movie. The concept seemed really dumb in the beginning of the movie "My hair is ruined!" but it came out nicely.
I liked too. IMO Leigh stole every scene she was in.

Okay. That review I posted above ^ was when I watched it without paying too much attention.
I just watched it on TV paying 100% attention to it & I enjoyed it a lot more. Again, the prom obsession was dumb but at least it tied to the story/character.
Something I noticed; Leigh-Allyn Baker's character (Liz) boasted that her car had an Inline Eight cylinder engine, among other features. General Motors hasn't made straight-8's since 1954, and the Chevrolet Motors Division never had one.
