The mentor and mentee 10/21/2016

Okay, so the defendant was gay and the mentor claimed to be hetero. But I believe the defendant that the mentor wanted to date him. The mentor was downlow, IMO even with a wife.
And the judges (Acker) seemed to glaze over that, maybe the mentor did give him money as a GIFT because he wanted to date the man.
