Alternate ending?
Does anyone have a link to the alternate ending?

I don't have a link, but I saw the alternate ending on the DVD.
It's basically the same as the original ending. Only differences are the family doesn't notice the Krumpus ornament like in the original, and theres no cut away to Krumpus' workshop

So, basically it takes out what makes the ending good.

It was a rough cut/edit... it probably was still going to segue to the snowglobe ending. But it really gave the impression everything 'really was' ok.

Well, I can't say for SURE. But it just 'seemed' that way... the way the alternate ending's cut just seemed awfully abrupt, so while we don't SEE the snowglobes... I imagine it might have still moved to that direction.
