The locations of the restaurants

Does anyone know the location and names of the restaurants that was shown on the show? Was it filmed in Chicago ? or Canada ?

I recognize most if not all of the locations as Toronto, Canada. I think most of the resto/bar scenes are hotel bars in the downtown core.

I guess that also explains why she "flew" from CHI to TOR!

In the last restaurant scene some of the background outdoor shots are actually pictures of Chicago, depending on the angle (they would place the restaurant around Trump Tower), others are not. I think most of the outdoor shots (through the windows) are faked, but most of them are not even Chicago, either Toronto or just made up.
