[SPOILERS] Muscle-bound dude in quarantine...

... Definitely felt worse for him than for any other character.

First, he's working himself to exhaustion trying to beat off zombies with only 3 other guys helping him. The dozens of survivors behind him that he's working hard to protect don't lift a finger to help him.

Then after they're overrun, he, already exhausted, climbs back out on a wire to help Hye-sun and is promptly rewarded for his chivalry by being yanked down and eaten alive.

And the worst part is, he died for nothing because she was already infected by that scratch on her ankle by the time he went out there to help her. :(

Every other character had a reason for me to dislike them:

Hye-sun - whiny and dimwitted
Homeless guy - should have reasoned with the paramedics to let him out instead of crashing their ambulance
Ki-woong - wanted to pimp out his girlfriend to make rent
Suk-gyu - obvious reasons

Yeah I felt sorry for him. He was selfless to the end and smart enough to carry that grate to climb to higher ground. The movie itself was okay, but I think one reason I wasn't in love with it is because many of the main characters we were forced to follow throughout the whole movie (outside of the heroic muscle dude) were not very likable or interesting.
