Why would you have a political episode

Why would you have a political episode and piss off half of your audience?

Are the ratings so bad they just don't give a *beep*

reply

Piss off half the audience? Both characters were pulling from both charlatans running for POTUS. Viewers should realize that or else go back to school.

If both characters were pulling from both POTUS nominees (and former Presidents), why would that pi$$ off half the audience?

That is why the original post didn't make sense.

You're right. I should have replied to the OP.

Yeah, they went full politics. And it couldn't be more obvious they were only focusing on one candidate. Too bad.

Still, I liked the contaminated water story, and there were some good lines. Would rather have everyone together though, instead of constantly split up. Probably saves the show money.

I for one don't find Hillary funny at all. She's just down right scary. Perhaps that's why every critique of current elections ends up seeming harsher on Trump than it is on her.

As I'm not american, I just hope once she's elected, and she will be elected, I just hope she doesn't attack my country. She'll have to attack some country, that's what america does, I just hope it's not us this time.

I honestly think Trump is lesser of two evils here, he's repulsive, obnoxious and disgusting, none of which are traits of psychopath. She on the other hand, makes my skin crawl

and she will be elected

Trump won. :)

reply

Trump was right, the election was rigged.

Cardboard Box is the Future.

"and she will be elected"

lol, ok buddy.

Actually, there were lines that referenced several Presidents (past and potentially future).

Yep, lots from both parties. I thought it was hilarious!

Well build holes to save you money.

because it is a weird election and you have one candidate in trump that says a lot of funny things.

You can't persuade fanboys. You'd be better off trying to convince a wall. ~CodeNamePlasmaSnake~

reply

Both candidates were ridiculous and no side was skewered any more than the other. Anyone who takes offense is just paranoid.

reply

Maybe some people should work on their sense of humor. I thought it was funny, no matter who it was poking fun at it.

reply

Hillary probably caused the zombie apocalypse.

reply

I thought it was hilarious, but was surprised that there wasn't a Hillary stand-in.

Sketchy wanted to build a wall (Trump) and his opponent was a guy with a bad toupee (also Trump).

reply

Hillary team is paying millions of $ in these last days to do a maximum propaganda damage using every possible TV series, singers, medias...No wonder Trump loosed 2 points so fast, they want to picture him as an idiot while she's kept clean like an angel (which is the total opposite)

reply

Trump's is his own worst enemy. most damage done to him was self inflicted. what kind of grown man who wants to be President stays up all night, every night having twitter wars with whoever happens to piss him off at that moment?

reply

Trump blah blah Hillary blah blah walls emails hombres blah blah. It's a Z Nation board. No one cares about the election while reading this board. That goes for everyone else too.

reply

Maybe you disagree but I thought it lampooned the entire political process rather than a single candidate. This is The Asylum and this show is satire, right?

I think Z Nation has proven to be hit or miss. Either you get the joke/gag/implication and you laugh or you get it and think it missed the mark. I personally think they did a great job lampooning the real issues as "z's" and the ridiculousness of the spin by both sides confusing, muddling and contridicting their message as prestidigitation encapsulated as living humans. It was political satire. Whether it worked or not is debatable.
