What a shame ...

''' that Shakespeare wasn't around in the time of Laurel and Hardy. Watched a few minutes of this and it is clear his writing is slapstick. At first i thought I was watching a poor 1970's TV sitcom rendition (Terryan and Junio?) involving farce, ott acting and uncomfortable mistimed laughter. But this was filmed only in the last couple of years and the evolution of culture has resulted in this live attempt at cartoonery.
