What was up with the Yoga scene?

In the beginning when you're introduced to Justin Long's character, the camera really puts a lot of focus on Harley Quinn Smith's ass-- in multiple shots, including one where as she bends back up you can see the bottom half of her ass cheeks. It just seemed like a very strange decision on the cinematographer's part, considering she was 16-17 when they filmed this.
