Insightful documentary; doesn't mention detroit techno

I'm always nonplussed by the glaring omissions, to this day, in mainstream media and documentation of the contributions and impact black music has had on our zeitgeist. This movie is a prime example. 88 minutes long and it spends all of 4 sentences crediting the influence of African-American house music, and 0 minutes on the influence of Detroit techno. You would think Daft punk created in a vacuum.
