We have all seen Eli Roth original. Making a exact shot by shot American remake is a complete WASTE OF TIME. If they were so intent on remaking it do it in U.K. I think it would have a whole different feel. Straw Dogs was a British film and when they remade it they it was set in America.

Back on the topic of remaking the movie in the UK, recasting with anyone less than Keely Hazel would be an insult, I say.

I don't think you get any complaints from anyone if they got Keely Hazel for the role.
