Things I learned.

In no particular order:

If you have a deadly flesh eating bug but are a hermit, then you can also get shot and set on fire without dying for a couple of days and be able to ambush and fight the protagonist.

When shooting a dog, the safety on your gun will engage. Removing the safety puts the gun on full auto.

IF a dog tears a woman apart, it will only leave her arm where you can see it, however it will leave her face completely untouched.

IT somehow takes a bloke from full daylight to full dark to run about 1/4 mile from the lake to the house.

A bloke coughing up blood is can to run from full daylight to full dark. The Rednecks after him either stay 20 seconds behind him because reasons. Or take a different route that gets them there 20 seconds later, because reasons.

If you have orders to shoot on sight, a guy who is not only armed and dangerous, but has a flesh eating bug, best to let him wonder about in the woods..

Then shoot his mate who looks fine.

The best thing to do with clothes covered in infected blood is throw them in a lake, rather than burn them.

If your girlfriend asks you to kill her, shove a shovel through her mouth. If that doesn't work, set her on fire.

In America phones are apparently fireproof.

So are sheds.

Everyone in America appears to leave their car keys in the ignition

IF they haven't and somebody is in the car, shoot out the tyres and smash the windscreen.

People generally don't wash their hands after slaughtering sick pigs before offering drinks out to strangers.

If you know a person is within walking distance and they have a radio, ignore that fact even though it looks like you are all going to die.

When approaching a strangers home, best to peer in through the windows instead of just knocking at the door.

Always place you hand on your friends should when they don't know you're there for a jumpscare.

IF you are a sheriffs deputy responding to a report of a disturbance and you find a car smashed out, shot and covered in blood, best to leave it and do nothing.

Rednecks will stop each other shooting people so they can have a car chase first.

Don't talk to anyone in a remote store, because they person will deffo kill you later on.
