I saw it as not good or bad, somewhere in the middle. I cant put my finger on it, but something about the movie made me not think it deserves more then a 5.

I agree with you, it was good. There is something about the little boy and his silence that put it in a whole other level\ category. The actors were all very good. I'm surprised that this had only a 6.9 rating. I gave it an eight.

Yes the youngest actor did well. I too feel the rating is a little low.

I have to say that I found this to be an incredibly powerful film,one I won't soon forget. I was most surprised to see this was a TV movie,for it's production values were top notch and very cinema-graphic in it's visuals. This is very grim story told in harrowing detail with some of it very hard to watch,but I guess that's the point. The acting is uniformly good and the child actor will break your heart. Well worth seeing.

Yes, it will remain in my mind for a long time. It was amazing how the actors were so very skinny which added tons of realism. And yeah the dark aspects were done well. It's such a good film.
