8/10. Here's why / Esta es la razón:
Even though they only play a few seconds of CHA-LA HEAD-CHA-LA (it's the 1st time they don't play a full or a relatively long version of 1 of the theme songs), DORAGUN BORU Z: FUKKATSU NO "F" (DRAGON BALL Z: RESURRECTION "F") is the best of the franchise so far. I can say that because I've seen all the series and movies (I didn't rate the movies that last less than an hour because they're technically short films). Since it's a direct sequel to the previous installment, I was afraid that it could make the same mistakes. I thought that fear had come true when PILAF and his crew appeared before the other main characters. It turns out they were just cameos. The movie has the right amount of action and humour. Unlike a lot of the movies, there's an epic feel, thanks in part to the battle with FREEZA (who has been resurrected)'s huge army. Unfortunately, the climax has 1 of the worst cases of deus ex machina I've seen in the franchise. It's not just that it too convenient; it's that the characters don't seem to be that affected that Earth was destroyed and their loved ones died. BEERUS (the villain from the previous installment) continues to be annoying (and not in the funny way he's supposed to), but now it's worse because he doesn't have a real reason to be in this movie. Meanwhile, I liked the addition of JACO the galactic patrolman. He's funny and his fight scenes are the most fun ones. It takes 1/2 hour for GOKU to appear... and he doesn't even get a cool entrance (KRILLIN does instead for some reason). SHENLONG says he can only bring back FREEZA to life the way he died (in pieces). I don't remember that rule in the series. GOLDEN FREEZA looks so much like his brother COOLER that I thought he would be mentioned. However, all of the movies have continuity errors with one another and specially with the series. Another example of that is that, in the previous installment, nobody said that someone besides GOKU could become a god and, yet, VEGETA becomes one here. Also, GOKU's hair was black but with a little bit of red while, here, it's blue with a little bit of silver. What for? To have a better contrast with FREEZA's gold body?

Aunque solo tocan unos pocos de segundos de CHA-LA HEAD-CHA-LA (es la 1ra vez que no tocan 1 versión completa o relativamente larga de 1 de las canciones temas), DORAGUN BORU Z: FUKKATSU NO "F" (DRAGON BALL Z: LA RESURRECCIÓN DE FREEZER) es la mejor de la franquicia hasta ahora. Puedo decir eso porque he visto todas las series y películas (no califiqué las películas que duran menos de 1 hora porque son técnicamente cortometrajes). Ya que es 1 secuela directa de la entrega anterior, temía que podía cometer los mismos errores. Pensé que ese miedo se había vuelto verdad cuando PILAF y su grupo aparecieron antes que los otros personajes principales. Resulta que eran solo cameos. La película tiene la cantidad correcta de acción y humor. A diferencia de muchas de las películas, hay una sensación épica, gracias en parte a la batalla con el enorme ejercito de FREEZER (quien ha sido resucitado). Desafortunadamente, el clímax tiene 1 de los peores casos de deus ex machina que he visto en la franquicia. No es solo que es demasiado conveniente; es que los personajes no parecen estar tan afectados por el hecho de que la Tierra fue destruida y que sus seres queridos murieron. BILS (el villano de la entrega anterior) sigue siendo irritante (y no en la manera chistosa que se supone), pero ahora es peor porque él no tiene 1 razón verdadera para estar en esta película. Mientras tanto, me gustó la añadidura de JACO el patrullero galáctico. Él es chistoso y sus escenas de pelea son las más divertidas. GOKÚ se demora 1/2 hora en aparecer... y ni siquiera tiene una entrada cool (KRILIN sí la tiene en vez por alguna razón). SHENLONG dice que solo puede traer a FREEZER de vuelta a la vida en la forma en la que murió (en pedazos). No recuerdo esa regla en la serie. FREEZER DORADO se parece tanto a su hermano COOLER que pensé que él sería mencionado. Sin embargo, todas las películas tienen errores de continuidad entre sí y sobre todo con las series. Otro ejemplo de eso es que, en la entrega anterior, nadie dijo que alguien además de GOKÚ podía convertirse en 1 dios y, aun así, VEGETA se convierte en uno aquí. Además, el pelo de GOKÚ era negro pero con un poco de rojo mientras que, aquí, es azul con un poco de plateado. ¿Para qué? Para tener un mejor contraste con el cuerpo dorado de FREEZER?
