Died Faster Than A Fruit Fly With A 2 Day Lifespan

Jesus...this got old quick.
Mine, catalog, avoid sentinels, off to the next planet.

Rinse and repeat.

I'm not even getting into the plot because the game doesn't really have one, it's just a test to see how long you mind doing the same inane things over and over while coming across a variation of the same animal-template like it's brand new to put a horn or six legs on the creature I saw two planets ago.

How much excitement can I get from finding minerals?

Sure it was great at first to find high priced ones...but then...all I felt like I was doing was mining. After a while I find it hard to get excited over seeing yet another mineral stack.

Nice concept, very interesting breakthrough in game designing, but this is like the beta version of better games to come that will follow a similar approach without making you feel like you wasted your money after a few days of nothing.

It is repetitive, but I still feel obliged to make it to the center of the galaxy. So currently, I'm warping until I'm out of fuel, gathering materials, and repeating until I get to the center.

Oh boy...

Do you know what happens when you finally get to the center?
I don't think you will like it.

Basically... NOTHING.

You get the shuffled off to a new 'galaxy' to start all over agin. I am serious. You start the quest to reach the center all over again in a place that's identical to the one you just left.

The only good thing I can say about this game is that it lays the groundwork for other developers to use the same procedural creation process in the future to make a better game.

As it is, this game is a beautiful 'shell' waiting for someone to add real content to it.

Well damn, that really isn't worth the effort. I don't think I'll even bother finishing the trophies!

Sorry to disappoint but you should really know what you're getting into before you start out.

I feel cheated and a bit mislead.

Then you start the mad grind all over again.

That's what you find. 

It's like they made an entire game out of the side activities in other open world games.
