This episode is ridiculously fake even by bear grylls' standard, this one was filmed different locations in north wales.

I don't know where they initially are but it will be somewhere in snowdonia.

When she repels down a "300 foot vertical cliff" there are actually less then a mile south west of a town called llanbedrog you can see the old quarry at the bottom of the cliff on google earth. The coordinates are 52 deg 50'53.69" North and 4 deg 28'16.59"" West

This location is over 15 miles from snowdonia

You can also see his island in the background, his is the one closer to the land
