Wow, that was heart wrenching. To see her expose certain issues she has clearly struggled with for a long time was impressive. The sadness on her face when discussing her cosmetic procedures and self esteem issues, just broke my heart.
Bear has a real way with people too, getting them to relax and discuss things they wouldn't discuss in any other interview.

It does appear that she's had work done on her face. It's a shame. She's beautiful just naturally. I think she made herself look older by having plastic surgery.
She sort of alluded to the fact that she fell victim to certain pressures on her as an aging woman in Hollywood to do things to stay relevant that she regretted doing.
