Never saw the version from Crackle when it was new but just saw the Blu-ray and I think it might be missing some scenes from the Crackle release.

I remember reading about some zombie eating a kid out of a baby bjorn. Didn't notice this at all anywhere on my Blu-ray.

It's extremely subtle, Blink and you'd miss it. He is walking down the street eating the kid on the backpack carrier on its chest.
