Best part about the movie was the biker gang

Aleks Paunovic didn't have much to work with, but he was the only character I thought was interesting. He would have fit in well in AMC's The Walking Dead.

Also, this movie seemed to be the only zombie movie I've seen where the "survivors" seemed to get smart about crafting makeshift weapons when they didn't have guns.

Outside of Paunovic's character, I did not like the three leads trapped in the city. I'm usually up for watching anything with Virginia Madsen in it, but her character was pretty reprehensible in this. And that douche bag reporter -- he really could have died for all I cared.

Such a shame, because this movie really could have used someone like Bruce Campbell as Frank West to liven it up. That Jesse kid had the look of an action hero but was pretty annoying.
