Dustin Diamond said his book wasn't true.

I can't find the article or video, but he later said it's basically false and fabricated just so he can pay his bills. I wonder why they're still following through with the movie.

I saw that video. It's crazy that they're still making the movie even though the book wasn't true. Maybe they didn't know or maybe they do know and still want to make it.

I am rather surprised a more accurate version of the behind look of how the show was made fifty happem instead.

reply

I'm sorry, I realize he's doing what he needs to do in order to pay his bills. But if he did indeed fabricate events, I feel it's a slap in the face to fans of the show, who would want accurate details.

reply

From what I recall, Dustin mostly blamed his ghostwriter co-author for the fictional details that were included in the book.

reply

Of course he would blame someone else and even if this is true, why would anyone believe him anyway? He was talking crap about everyone on the show long before the book was ever written, so all the falsified information likely came from him anyway. Talking crap the only way he's been able to remain the least bit relevant and I'm sure him denying everything is just another way to get people talking about him again.

Because sponges never have bad days.
