BOOOORRRING- No plot and no point

While watching Cop Car (2015) i kept asking my self who would read a story/script like that then bangs his fist on the table and says WOW, let's make this into a movie.

I mean yeah just like you've just said, boring, no plot and no point. I fully agree.

At least it didn't cost like millions and millions but still... wasted resources and talents.

I'm curious what you'd consider a meaningful film. I mean, not everything is going to be The Godfather but this was an enjoyable low key thriller.

It was enough for me, because of the atmosphere; the mood.

2 boys run away, find a cop car, and witness a shootout. No background, no plot, pretty much a meaningless film
