Loving It!

I am loving the series. Though it's not on par with the movie or the short "The Three Diablos." It still makes me laugh. I do find some of the new characters annoying like Toby and Dulcinea. Those two need to go. Though Artephius is a great character along with his macorma owls. Jack Sprat is also a fine addition. I am looking forward to more episodes. Yes the CGI isn't top drawer but P'm fine with that. Eric Bauza does a fine Puss which I am surprised being Antonio Banderas is Puss. You can't really tell a difference. The only episode that I don't think was great was "Brothers" again, that probably has to do with my extreme dislike of the character Toby. I'll get used to him.

If I had to order the episodes, it would be
1. Episode 2-Sphynx: Even though the Sphynx high school girl lingo was very annoying at first it got to be very funny and ended up working.
2. Episode 5-Adventure
3. Episode 1-Hidden
4. Episode 4 Duchess(tech tied with Episode 1)
5. Episode 3-

I completely agree. Yes, Jack Sprat really did have that going on and a lot more. You should watch all the Shrek films. The first one was great and remember when it first came out I watched it several times. I hadn't watched it in years then a few years ago decided to watch all the sequels and then the first movie again. Oddly enough, as brilliant and funny as the Shrek movie was, I found myself missing Puss! All the Shrek movies have great adult humor and very funny. Even the last one, which didn't get great reviews, I found my self laughing hard because you love the characters. I would say the first one is now my least favorite Shrek movie but that's not saying a lot since it's still very funny.

The only thing I hope is that Puss gets out of San Lorenzo. Puss shines when he is on an adventure and getting involved with different ladies. I don't think that will happen until the Puss in Boots sequel comes out. My favorite line thus far is "...But I'm Puss in Boots! I'm supposed to be good at everything"

I agree with what you said about Dulcinea being annoying. I'm blaming the voice actress, because she's using that overly-sweet, to the point of sounding fake, baby-talk tone. Drives me nuts.

I like Toby. The only kids who irritate me are Kid Pickles (the voice) and the girl who always says, "Did you know ..."

And I love Sphinx's, "Valley Girl," way of speaking. She cracks me up.

"Never mind walking a mile in my shoes. Try thinking a day in my head."
