I prefer Forward Until Dawn...

Just reading the threads, Forward Until Dawn seems to be the least favorite among the two. But I disagree, possibly because I watched FUD as a single movie on Amazon Prime. But regardless, in terms of setting up the game (Halo 4) it did so much more than this did. In terms of getting my interest peaked for Halo 5 this made me feel the opposite. Granted I'll probably eventually buy it but not when it first comes out. FUD at least can stand on its own as a movie for someone that has never played a Halo game but this, I don't know...

I've had both Forward Unto Dawn and Nightfall on blu-ray since they were released in that format, but never bothered to watch them until last weekend. Frankly I found both of them to be extremely generic and mediocre.

FUD felt much more like part of the halo universe. It wasn't good. But it felt like part of the story.
Nightfall was generic sci-fi channel garbage.
